[Ordering] How are toric colored contacts different from regular lenses?
Toric colored contact lenses (lenses for astigmatism) not only correct vision but also compensate for the "blurring" or "double vision" caused by astigmatism. They are specially designed to prevent the lens from rotating in the eye, providing a clearer and more stable field of vision than standard colored contacts.
[Ordering] Can I enter the values from my glasses prescription as they are?
Because the distance between the eye and the lens differs between glasses and contact lenses, the required values may change. Since the accuracy of the "Axis (AXIS)" is crucial for astigmatism, we strongly recommend using a prescription specifically for contact lenses as your reference.
[Ordering] What if my specific Astigmatism Axis (AXIS) is not in the options?
The astigmatism axis is typically manufactured in increments of 10 (e.g., 170, 180). If your prescription is 175, it is generally acceptable to select the nearest value, 180. If there is a large difference or you feel uncertain, please feel free to consult our customer center before purchasing.
[Ordering] These are custom-made products; are returns or exchanges possible?
MY TORIC's colored contacts for astigmatism are 1:1 custom-made products manufactured to your specific prescription. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference. In the unlikely event of a product defect, we will promptly arrange a reshipment, so please contact us immediately.
[Shipping] When will my order be shipped?
MY TORIC lenses are "fully custom-made" products, crafted individually according to your prescription. As production takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks, your order will be shipped from South Korea within 2 weeks (business days) of order completion. Once shipped, it usually takes about 3 to 5 days to reach you.
[Shipping] What are the shipping fees and methods?
We deliver quickly from South Korea using the highly reliable SPEED POST service. The shipping fee is a flat rate of $8.00, but shipping is free for purchases over $150.00
[Shipping] Can I check the delivery status?
After shipping is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number via email. You can check the delivery status in real-time for peace of mind. Additionally, to protect your precious lenses from damage, we ship them carefully double-packed in bubble wrap.
[Payment] What payment methods are available?
You can use the secure payment systems provided by Shopify, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) and PayPal.

An automated order confirmation email is sent by the system immediately after payment. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer center.
